With PUMA, we drop the new Club Sporting Cristal jersey for the 2025-2026 season.
This design is a reimagining of the iconic uniform worn when the club was crowned Peruvian champion in 1970. To mark the unveiling, we produced a film that connects the weight of history with the reality of today.
At a time when the club is facing a difficult winless season and growing fan frustration, the film shows the current squad entering the locker room after a tough loss. In that moment of doubt, the coach’s story takes us back to the legendary 1970 final, a game with very little surviving footage, but a powerful legacy.
It revisits how the team headed into the break trailing 1-2, only to be reminded of the true grit and passion of Sporting Cristal before pulling off a historic comeback victory.
